Designs & Colors

Do I get the same design and color of the product as shown in the illustration?

The illustration is for visual references only. We have a wide gamut of colors and design themes for all books, notepads, notebooks, spiralpads, journals and other book types. The product, the quantity of order and the price will act as the primary information fields of the order, the color and design of the actual book will differ. If you need to order a specific design/color, please add a note before the checkout of the order.

Can I order a selected design/color over the phone?

If you need to order a specific color/design theme, and need confirmation in prior to processing the order, you could send us an email, WhatsApp, Viber or Facebook Direct Message with an image of the color/design of your choice, and one of our team members will then be in touch to process your order. Whilst we try at all times to cater to your requirement, we may have situations where the specific color/design of your choice may be unavailable.

How do I know when a latest design theme/color scheme has been launched?

We will make an announcement in our Facebook and Instagram pages when a new design/color scheme has been launched.

Customized Products

Is it possible to customize books and pens under other designs and brand names?

Yes. We do undertake customized orders for large orders. Please call us on 077 799 4455 for more information. Generally books need to be over 5,000 in quantity for a customized print, and in the case of pens it is 2,000 per one custom design.

Can I get customized calendars, diaries, notepads and spiralpads done?

Yes these are possible for a minimum of 2,000 for calendars and a minimum of 100 for diaries, notepads and spiralpads. Please call us on 077 799 4455 for more information.

How long does it take to have a customized order processed?

It depends on the time and the specifications of your choice product. However, we generally keep a 14 days supply time period for customized orders. Please call us on 077 799 4455 for more information.


How to place an order?

You can select any product and place an order.

Methods of Payment

You can use all payment options made available in the site, credit or debit card payments, merchant wallets and e-wallets, coupons and e-vouchers and even opt for cash in delivery, yes you can pay once you’re in receipt of the goods.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. We are a responsible company and we have made available secure methods of payment. Shop with confidence, your details and credentials will not be compromised.

How long does it take to deliver?

We generally commit to deliver within 7 working days. However, we try as much as possible to deliver earlier than that. There may be certain delays due to mobility restrictions imposed by health authorities, considering the prevailing situation of the country

Can I track my order and know the status?

Yes. Please click on the “Track my order” on the top-right hand corner of the homepage to track your order status.

How can I change/cancel my order?

You can change or cancel the order by calling or emailing us on 077 799 4455 with your order number, and if your order has not got dispatched by then, it is possible to change or cancel the order.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery fee is Rs. 250.00 flat across the country, if the order value exceeds Rs. 2,500.00, the delivery will be FREE


On what reasons can I return an order?

You can return an order or a part of an order if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. We will replace the product one to one. Change of mind, however, is not accepted as grounds to return a product.

How to return a product?

You could courier the product back to us in return address, and like any other local/global merchant, the cost of the courier will have to be paid by you under the sender pays the waybill. However, if a manufacturing defect is found on the product, we will reimburse the cost of your dispatch along with the replacement of the product.

Is there a number of days for returning a product after receiving?

Yes, if there is a manufacturing defect, please call us on 077 799 4455 to lodge a complaint, which we will formally record and then you could dispatch the item back to us. Return procedure must have been initiated within 3 days from receipt of goods under manufacturing defect. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.

I cannot find what I am looking for?

Please recheck the keywords of the product. If you cannot find it within a category, please use the universal search field on the homepage to look for your product. Can I order a product that I think is related to your portfolio, yet not listed in your website?

Technically no, but you can let us know via email, WhatsApp, Viber or a Facebook Direct Message and we will see if we can help you.

I have ordered a product from you before, but now the product is not visible in the website to order?

This can be due to two reasons. One is that the product you are looking for is presently out of stock and we are waiting till we receive new stocks. The second reason could be that we may have for some rare reason discontinued the production/sale of the product in your mind. In any event, please send us an email, WhatsApp, Viber or a Facebook Direct Message and one of our team members will be in touch to assist you.
